Impressed by our stay. When we booked 6 months prior to our cruise, the price was so much cheaper than any other hotel that my expectations were pretty low. Turns out it’s really a fine place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights before our cruise and it turned out to fit our needs perfectly. Obviously the rooms are not freshly renovated or anything, but the people were very, very nice with our family and helped with everything we needed. Since we could not used the planned 10 or 11 o clock shuttle to the port because we would’ve arrived too early, they offered a late shuttle at noon that included late checkout for $5 per person, which I think is very much a bargain. The breakfast was fine for our taste especially for just a night or two. The only downside is we arrived on a night when there was a motorcycle event in the restaurant attached to the hotel, and we had a few episodes of kids waking up because of loud motorcycle burnout noises which was very unpleasant. Otherwise, haven’t seen many family with kids around here, mostly elderly couples, but our kids are very well behaved so it wasn’t an issue at all for us, only made our stay better because they all loved our kids.

A group of 15 of us stayed at this location before and after a cruise. Staff was amazing especially Izzy and Marvin. Rooms are clean. Our flights were canceled out of Ft Lauderdale into Cleveland because of weather. Unfortunately, this hotel and their sister hotel were all booked up. Izzy made sure to get us a late check out and a private shuttle to our next hotel. Bar and grille was an added bonus with pretty good food. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a travelers' gem! The clean and practical room offered everything we needed for our brief stopover between two cruises. The affordable on-site guest laundry was much appreciated. The gift shop was fully equipped and a pleasure to browse. The courtyard garden was a surprise oasis and the serenade of the birds at dusk was a remarkable event. The staff did an excellent job organizing the transportation of airport and cruise guests. We will definitely stay at this safe an affordable hotel in the future. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs and plastic sausage. Room floor was sticky and the bathroom had mold. That said it's attached to a great restaurant and club. EDIT: see reply from thier customer service. That's exactly what type of service you will expect. And no I do t watch football thank you and had a great time on my cruise. We booked our return stay elsewhere and we're very happy.

The lobby smelled so strongly of "air freshener" that we could hardly stand it; and it permeated into the rooms. We walked across the floOr in our room without shoes; our feet were FILTHY after that. The staff is beyond indifferent, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff. The shuttle was promised to be 45 min pick up at the airport - it took 2 hours. Saw a cockroach in the room. No shampoo; no hairdryer. Air conditioner was very loud. Conversely, the shuttle drivers were awesome; fun, entertaining and doing their best. The restaurant had great food, and great waitresses.
