May 2022- Great place to stay. Near to tourist spots in Sultanahmet, cute and romantic interiors. There are no lifts so you have to carry your baggage up the stairs. Great view from the balcony and super friendly staffs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the romantic hotel in Istanbul, and it was an enchanting experience. The spirit of the place, embodied by the gracious lady who owns the hotel, added a special touch to our stay. The attention to detail, personalized service, and the warm ambiance created a truly magical atmosphere. We're already looking forward to returning to this amazing place – a gem in the heart of Istanbul!

Perfect location with amazing people to welcome you. Ayla made us feel at home..her warm and cheerful welcome everyday just made our stay even more enjoyable. Ayla speaks fluent English. All the staff were extremely helpful as was the owner too. All the restaurants are near by and tourist attractions are a 5 to 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view but not worth the money The best thing about the room: The view! Honestly you cannot beat this relaxing view which makes the room a good room. Also the decor of the hotel and the room is so beautiful! Location is great too. We had the best room on the roof. The king suite with jacuzzi. The worst part of this hotel: The jacuzzi spit out dirty chunks of black stuff! We told reception and they said it was because they hadn’t turned it on for two weeks, but we ran the bath maybe ten times and each time we turned it on black stuff came out of the pipes, it was very disgusting we couldn’t even use it which totally ruined the room. The pictures of the water I’m posting are after running the water, filling it up completely, then turning it on and doing this whole procedure about 10 times and this is how it still looked. Also the bed is soooooo uncomfortable and seems to be broken from underneath. If you pay on it you fall to the middle of the bed, we told him we could not sleep and it was so uncomfortable and we wanted to leave but they refused to give us a refund or a solution. We didn’t even bother going for breakfast because breakfast is in a very small room next to the reception. We wanted to use the balcony but we couldn’t because the sofa had bird poop on the seats and the whole area was dirty. Finally the bathroom sewage has an unbearable smell. It’s horrible and repulsive. We paid approx 110 a night to stay here which would have been great if it didn’t gave all these issues.
