Very old. No maintenance at all. The pipes from the water for the toilets are malfunctioning. They moved us 3 times due to this problem. We paid an upgraded room, and they assigned us a very small room for 2. Lack of empathy and poor customer service. 😪

Good location, 10-15 mins walk to Sultan Hamet n Hagya Sofiya Mosques. Breakfast is below average, Rooms n furniture are outdated, need immediate maintenance. Even Air condition wasn't working properly.

The hotel is under refurbishment and closed they pass customers to a one star hotel behind, disgusting, claimed to get my money back I have a video can't upload it
