This place is absolutely awesome. I can't believe you can get such a quality place in the Heart of Rome 10 minutes walk all this from the Vatican in such a contemporary building. Should I ever return to this wonderful City this will be my first stop. Service here is also so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is very nice. But the comfort of this place exceeds that of many four-star hotels and as far as the room goes even better than five star hotels. Amazing.

The bed was broken, it took 2 days to fix during which we slept on the floor. The owner/host is an aggressive Guy if you complain, we had to block him on whatsapp. He cancelled the booking after our stay so that we cannot give a review on booking. Just check few of the not 10 out of 10 rating to see what the man is like.....he do not care anymore....it us going south....

The location is excellent, allowing you to visit Rome almost exclusively on foot. The location remains, in my opinion, the only real added value of this guest house. The really bad thing is the cleanliness. I attach a photo of the bathroom mat after the first use of the shower; the fabric in contact with the floor, after one use, was already black with dirt. The floors must therefore have seen better times. The hygiene of the rooms, in general, is really very superficial. The level of care in preparing the rooms before check-in and in daily cleaning is also superficial. Already on the first day the bathroom showed up with a started roll of toilet paper (not very hygienic). Bidet towels not present. Sheets with holes and stained bedspread. Dirty curtains. Dirty windows. Dirty shutters. During the daily "cleaning" the beds were made in an embarrassing way, with the sheets not even pulled and left crumpled from the night. Strong sewage smell in the room. After my stay I went back to see the reviews of other users of the facility, to understand if others had complained about the poor cleanliness or if I had been particularly unlucky. I discovered that many complain about the same conditions and also that the host does not take kindly to criticism, but hides behind "during your stay you didn't write to me to tell me it was dirty, so now you can't complain". Instead, I take the liberty of leaving my comment here. Both because I have never been a guest in a facility where, in 4 days of stay, I have never met the host in person, therefore having the opportunity to complain in person, and because I hope that some other user can read my review and choose this property knowing that you will find an excellent location, but certainly not the cleanliness and courtesy that you would expect to find.
