We stayed in a double room for 4 days in via della Frezzia. Everything was perfect and the location was really convenient if you visit Rome for a few days. They clean your room on a daily basis and you have free access to mini bar. Ilaria was really helpful and kind. Totally recommend it!!

The room was amazing. We had a lovely balcony as well (room 203). The amenities were great, we had espresso capsules, nescafe, sugar and tea. Also a kettle and an nespresso machine to enjoy your espresso in the morning. Also in the fridge water, soda, beer and prosecco! That was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very cozy. The bathroom was very nice as well. The reception and the cleaning was excellent. The were reachable every time before and after the arrival. I want to thank Sofia and - if i am not mistaken- Marcus for their lovely hospitality. We as Greeks really appreciate hospitality. I totally recommend this place. Also, the location is great. The nearest spot is Piazza del Popolo under 300m, the Spanish Steps 600m, Trevi fountain 1km, and also pantheon. And of course you are on via del Corso which is the primary road full of shops. Grazie!!!

Update: These people issued a nice response in public but still refused to refund me. Disputing it with my credit card. Not paying this. Avoid this place. I booked them through Expedia and had to cancel just 3 days later do to change in travel dates and they refused to refund the money ($416.70) because of their "policy." Policies are meant to protect businesses from loss, which was not the case here, since they still have 3 months to book this room during busy season and I only had it for 3 days. Anyone knows that policies can be waived by any reasonable, customer-service-oriented manager. This is no way to treat Expedia customers. It's a scam. I'm fighting this one. There's no way I'm paying more than $400 for a hotel I will never see.
