We stayed on the second floor for four days at the end of September. The staff and hotel were both excellent. In addition to their normal duties, the front desk staff were super helpful with directions to tourist destinations, getting us cabs, and making dinner suggestions. The restaurant staff were friendly and fun. The food and drinks were excellent too. When we return to Rome, we will stay here again. Lastly, the room was quiet and we could not heard the street at all.

I’m happy because I choice to book the Rome Times Hotel. the location is perfect for your needs, the breakfast is delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm especially glad I had a positive experience with Mr. Andrei. His professionalism and helpfulness are certainly valuable assets to the hotel. Loved our stay here. All the rooms were so clean and the staff were so friendly and polite. When we arrived we noticed they had put us In a different room than the one we booked, as we paid a little bit more for a nicer room. My husband went down to reception to query this and it was rectified within minuets and we were given our room almost immediately. Honest mistake that can easily be made but the staff were so friendly while sorting this. We didn’t eat in the hotel however we did stay in one night for some drinks. The barman gave us a fruit board completely free of charge which was very kind. The drinks were lovely as well. Absolutely would recommend staying here as it’s far enough away from the attractions you miss all the noise
