hello i have been at Condos for almost 2.5 weeks from 28 October to 13 November during our staying at condos we had good customer service. condos, room and swimming pool were super clean and hygiene. and condos management and staffs are quite helpful and assist us with all our needs within short time. people may complain about internet in Thailand, WIFI is good compare to other hotels and condos we spent in past. if you visit the condos, please ask for Tobias as manager, he is quite polite, welcoming, helpful and efficient and try to assist you within short time.

I use to go to Pattaya/Jumtien since 1988. I love Pattaya but honestly in the day time it is really noisy and polluted. So the best way is to relax in Jumtien morning and afternoon time and then move to Pattaya. Or go to big malls in the afternoon, with a scooter or a sangtew. This place it is without any doubt the best “value for money” you can find in Jumtien Beach. And Pattaya. In a good Condo you can relax in the swimming pool and have good food, just on the ground floor (I love the Russian restaurant) I spent in this mini apartment (really mini apartment, not big room…as you can see in pictures) long time, as I came here no less then 20 times and I rest at least 3 weeks each time (sometime, months) Here the plus points all together that you can have here - all the apartments are in really high floors (from 11 to the top) - so all the apartments have small balcony and all with a beautifull SEA VIEW - all the solutions are very quiet. Good walls. Always sleep very well But the most important think is that… - the quality of the apartments are high western standard, with a beautifull marble. Everything look perfect. Clean and new. Always. In every apartments. - the bathroom it is spacious and good enough - beds are comfortable - wi fi super fast - good loundry downstairs - security guards 24 hours - ccvv cameras - the young owner from Germany directly run the business and he is really really really helpfull and always available for any question or what else. So if you know the area you perfectly know that for this price, in Jumtien or Pattaya you will NOT be able to have anything like this (maybe in Jumtien a mini apartment, but go to check the quality of the Condo and the apartments…) but you will get a normal old not clean standard room in one of the thousands “hotel” around the area. This is a secret special place. Obviously for whom like to enjoy quality and good life. Highly recommended

This I believe is the biggest Condominium in Jomtien and below are just a few Pics of Buikding S1 and part of S2 .There are 5 buildings in total and many are owned by Foreighners and Thais alike and if not owned ,then rented. The Best thing about Jomtien Beach Condominium compared to many others it has all got ground floor units that are mostly shops offices Restauraunts Laundys and even a car rental company . It is so close to the beach too and only the beach road between S1 S2 buildings . Security is very strict .so that also means great security ;) There are 2 swimming pools on the wh9le premises with adjurning Gyms .If you dont show your pass you wont get in .So no outsiders allowed in wh8ch is positive otherwise it would get too crowded ;) A full reveiw on all 5 condos will be done soon as its a hell of a big place :) Lots of retirees retire here too .So not so Touristy and the Location makes it one of the best value all around Condominiums in the Jomtien Beach Area :)
