We had to pick a hotel last minute for our last night in Madrid and we went here. We could not have picked better! Located in a busy square with plenty of bars and restaurants, the hotel decoration is also great! Very big rooms and quite calm and quiet for being in a crowded square. Staff and service were on top of everything, and hotel is well-connected with the public transportation lines. Good relation in quality-price, so very recommended (not sure if there’s noise during Friday or Saturday night, but we stayed on a Thursday and didn’t have a problem, we slept great)

We stayed for 3 nights for a city break. Fantastic room with a huge sunny terrace. The room is really well equipped with toiletries, a mini bar, aircon, table and chairs etc. Considering the central location, the rooms are quiet overnight. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid, very close to the Metro/trains and also plenty nearby to see on foot. The hotel is surrounded by great places to eat. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend, and would return myself.

Surely I did not Notice when I reserved the room that the bathroom is inside the room, Literally, not a sepayroom. Meh, not a deal breaker but not cool. Don't mind the size of the room. Smallish but fine. Location and quality and price made it agreeable. But the huge heavy techno glass plate that can barely stand opening at 180 degrees and into the bedroom is a disaster waiting to happen. It grinds into the plastic lining and gets to glass on glass scrunching sound.....the toilet is behind a sliding door...the sink is in the room. Pretty though. Bed was good. Pillows extra good. Bit of a view of plaza Santa Ana. Good tv, wifi. Staff very nice. Location is fantastic if you want that neighborhood. Do some research.

Very generous check-in time. Margaux, the receptionist who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Their English proficiency is very good, so no need to worry if you don’t speak Spanish. The room was very cute and clean, and unlike many hotels in Spain, the shower had a door so water does not get all over the bathroom floor. Our room had an adorable little couch and balcony, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and there were many options so that people of all diets can enjoy it. Our personal favorite was the many fruit and juice options - Spanish food is not light, so this was the perfect way to counterbalance our meals throughout the rest of our trip. Could not recommend more highly.
