Hostel is located in a nice safe neighbourhood, however there is a restaurant next to it and the windows basically go into this restaurant. We were staying for the New Year’s Eve and music stopped at 2am which is understandable but as I get from other resorts a constant issue. You also cannot open the windows as it gets noisy but the conditioner wasn’t working. The beds are very shaky. The stuff is hospitable and problem-solving. However, they are slow responding emails and I had to make an international call to them. You can store luggage for free before and after check-in/out. Overall not that bad but it didn’t meet expectations based on a fancy creative website.

You can hear everything going on in the hallways. You can see across into other rooms. Breakfast was decent (donut, coffee, juice, tea, fruit, and bread) but the best thing was the cake. You have to hold the button down for the shower or sink because it will just turn off on you. They have lockers to put your stuff in. Some beds have bed bugs. Most beds feels uneasy climbing into/off of it. Hotel staff is nice though. Safety is 3/5 because it's off a street that has a bunch of people.

the worst hostel in my life, intransigent, not flexible and do nothing to help guests. I tried to cancel and they didn't accept it, because it went overtime (3 hours after the deadline to request cancellation) and they don't have online contact available. if you are traveling only with data, there is no way to connect and you end up harmed. I asked for a bed in the down part, they denied me, even with beds available in the room. the shower requires patience, are so bad. the beds move and the rooms are warm, they still have stairs inside that do not facilitate the luggage. only one receptionist in the morning, PAULA, when I arrived, was kind, she’s the best, so helpful. the other receptionists are rude, don't know how to treat the traveler, they still accused me of not having paid, even showing the credit card receipt, a shame in front of the other guests. I just want to escape, but unfortunately I made the reservation for all the days I'll be here and they made my withdrawal impossible. they even charge for the luggage that is left in an abandoned place in the building for the “locker” after check-out. make the traveler's life difficult, it's not worth the stress like I'm having. and they are not responsible for things that are left outside the locker in the rooms, but the locker does not fit a travel bag or suitcase. I've always stayed at room007, but I won't make that mistake again at Chueca.

My first hostal experience in a all women's 4 bunk bed room. Definitely EXCEEDED my expectations!!! Bianca was at the front desk and she was extremely kind from beginning to end of my stay. I needed to store medicine in cool temperature and she didn't hesitate to offer to place it in their fridge and take it out for me every time I needed it. The room was extremely clean and comfortable at night to sleep. No external noises whatsoever nor discomforts of any kind. They provide with a large clean towel, sheet, comforter and a locker with a key. Wouldn't hesitate to return after this great experience, great price and walking distance to all the main attractions.
