Receptionist named Ibrahim if I can still remember clearly was rude not only to me but i get the feeling that he is too with his colleagues. During check in and throughout, he was so grumpy and very unfriendly. All other staffs were very great and friendly tho. The hotel interior was also great. Deserves more great reviews.

My 5-month stay at this hotel has been wonderful. I've I have not encountered any issues throughout my stay. The staff was exceptional; they are not only friendly and welcoming but also very quick to help if you need anything. The hotel is clean, room and bathroom sizes are standard, and street noise was minimal. Also very convenient location, the Mall of the Emirates is just 5-minute walk. There is a plethora of restaurants on the same street (mostly Indian). I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a long-term place to stay in Dubai.

Highly recommended. Nice hotel. Clean and cozy rooms. Nice hotel interior. Close to mall of Emirates. Breakfast buffet is affordable and value for the cost. Although the food didnt taste good and was bland. Another issue is all tv channels has Arabic language.

It was one of my worst experiences with any hotel concerning housekeeping. I’ve stayed here for 5 days. For 3 of the 5 days, I had to return to my room after a long day and find out that the hotel’s housekeeping staff had just started cleaning my room. All of this at 6:30 in the evening, despite having the “make up my room” sign on. Unacceptable service in the hospitality industry, especially for the money being paid.

I recently availed your services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service provided was very poor, and I encountered a significant lack of professionalism among your staff. Their communication and conduct towards customers were unacceptably rude and lacking in basic manners. I observed instances where the front office team, particularly a staff member during the night shift, engaged in heated arguments with customers at the reception. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a negative atmosphere for those seeking assistance or utilizing your services. As a customer, I believe that such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your organization. No customer should experience being shouted at by another customer, especially within the premises of your establishment. I trust that Google values customer feedback and is committed to maintaining a high standard of service. I hope you take my experience into serious consideration and take appropriate measures to address the issues I have highlighted. Constructive feedback can contribute to the improvement of services and ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
