The hotel’s online images are highly deceptive; reality contrasts sharply. Ongoing construction results in constant noise, and our room faced a loud highway. Rooms are tightly packed, sharing a narrow “balcony” hallway with others. Musty odors, stickiness, and dampness pervaded the room. The undersized pillowsand cramped space in the rooms were not great. Persistent itching raised concerns about potential bed bugs. In summary, the stark disparity between expectations and reality, compounded by noise and discomfort, makes this hotel a regrettable choice. The hotel’s dinner was disappointingly overpriced, and the undercooked chicken which appeared pink was a major concern. Although breakfast redeemed the culinary experience, the $24 per person cost felt excessive. The bar’s service was very rude, creating an unwelcome atmosphere. Adding to the inconvenience, the lobby’s distant location in a separate building was inconvenient. However, I can say that there is a nice plaza near by with some things to do and it is in a good location in general. In conclusion, this hotel falls short of expectations, and I advise spending a bit more for a more enjoyable getaway.

Cleaned the room each day which isn't always the case at some places these days. The hotel provided transportation to and from Disney and universal parks with a set schedule that made planning super easy. Room is priced just right for a vacation and the beds are comfortable with proper amenities. The only amenity I felt was missing was a fitness center! (But we all know we get our leg workouts at the parks anyway!)

Beautiful property and rooms are decent even though there was a building under construction or being renovated. The rooms are motel designed but fully functional. The beds were comfortable, and water was hot. It's located very close to various shops, theme parks, & restaurants. The only complaint is that they should spray for bugs. I saw 2 roaches during our stay. Rooms look exactly like photos on the website.

Horrible experience please do you’re self a favour and don’t fall for the fake advertising and pictures they have posted it does nor look like what they got posted in person what so ever . I got back today after 5 days of being there and the only good thing was the 25$ per person breakfast buffet other than the expensive price we payed . We woke up every night to are beds being damp as well as are walls , windows the room was sweating more then us . Very uncomfortable beds for the most part . And there dinner is same everyday and it’s literally pink fried chicken , salmonella is definitely a norm. Me and my girl felt more like a bother than actually being a costumer . There is heavy construction crew from 7am-5pm Monday to Saturday. They are very loud . And there arcade is not 24/7 and u need to pay for any game . I’m sorry to ramble just has to be the worst “motel “ I ever been to. Rooms are right beside each other so if you walk out everyone is sharing the same balcony and there is no indoor hallway or anything like that . If you are reading this do yourself and loved ones a favour and spend the extra 100-200$ more and get the right value and a clean room. So you can actually enjoy you’re vacation and not feel sick and grossed out with out dirty and smelly the place is . I’ve never been so happy to come back to winter time in Canada. 0/5 star motel. Don’t fall for this scam the business post online
