Very spacious and super clean hotel. The staff is friendly and we appreciated the comfortable sofa bed as well as the location. I will deduct 1 star because I didn't like having to be charged $24 a night for parking. I don't see the reason for it. The property is very big so it's not like parking should be paid for. The gates were always open so I'm thinking why I am paying for this if anyone can get in an out anyway? Also, the breakfast. If you are staying one or at the most, 2 nights, having the same exact thing wouldn't be a big deal, but after 3 days of having the same powered eggs, sausages and waffles it's a little boring. We would have appreciated some fresh fruits, but hey, at least it was free and the coffee was very good and I liked the toppings available to put on top of the oatmeal.

Late review, last month we stayed at Aloft and there was some kind of emergency so we had to evacuate. It was freezing out so we headed over to SpringHill. The front desk clerk Josh was so welcoming and patient he allowed us to rest and warm up. He was extremely busy but yet he remain calm and made time to answer inquiries one by one and continue to checkin guest and restock his store. Hard working young man, knowledgeable, and articulate. I ran into a couple residents that live there and they had nothing but positive things to say about him. This older lady told me that he often helped her order her groceries and take-out. Even the security guard had pleasant things to say about him. Thanks Josh, next time we vacation we look forward to seeing you.

Although the room was very nice and the free breakfast was very good, I cannot recommend it. We didn't bring a car so depended on the shuttle to get us to the Disney parks. Only pone met our needs and dropped us off at Epcot. It was very full as you might expect. There are 3 pickup times in the day evening. There is a bar that serves as the only restaurant and nothing else in walking distance. They charged me for parking and I didn't even have a car. I can't get them to remove the charge after 7 days of trying. If you do bring a car, this hotel might be a good option, just don't need anything that requires them to answer the phone.

This hotel is wonderful. The location is great. Has shuttles to Disney and other parks. The facility and rooms are very clean. Our room was huge and they get better if u get a kitchenette. The facility has meeting rooms, a bar and serve food. They even have arcade areas for the kids. The only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast as they don't have much of a food choice.
