We had a wedding here and it was a great. Loved the rooms and location. However, do not get the late night food service. We spent about $1000 on pizza. Half of them were brought out briefly and taken away without any notification. We asked our guests post wedding and more than half of the guests were unaware of the pizza and were left hungry. When I asked the staff where the pizza was near the end of the night, they mentioned that they "threw it all out," including the untouched pizzas because we didn't tell them what to do with it.. But the issue was that they didn't ask us anything. They will "throw" everything out and charge you the full amount. We were starving in our room at 2am and had to pay for more pizza out of pocket from room service even after explaining the situation. When talking to other staff that night, they also mentioned that this wasn't the first time that this had happened either. It was a lovely wedding. The pizza was a fraction of its cost but unfortunately left us with a bitter taste by the end of the night.

Very nice rooms, awesome dining experience, the staff were all very polite and courteous.... my only problem with this place is the reprobates/ drug addicts close by on the streets, Vancouver in general has gone down hill. As long as you stay in the hotel you'll be fine. Beware of aggressive panhandling.

Had our DREAM wedding here in Sept 2023, and I wouldn't change a thing! Buffet dinner was AMAZING, staff and service was phenomenal, event planning staff was professional, easy to work with and made us feel so valued as bride, groom and as guests. Rooms were very clean, and any requests we had, were tended to. I am so happy with the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and their services!!! Highly recommend!!

The staff was so lovely. I wish I could remember everyone who helped me by name, but so many went above and beyond making me feel welcome, seen, and cared for. There were little touches throughout the stay that proved the level of quality was worth the cost. The room was lovely, bigger than expected, and beyond clean. The furniture itself is showing its age and some wear and tear but overall did not take away from the stay. The hotel retains its classic vibes but feels just modern enough. Truly, I cannot say enough how the staff makes you feel so welcome...there was no request or question that went unanswered. The location is wonderful for a first time visit to the city, but it should be known it is in a very business centric location so the evenings and weekends felt less busy with a lot of places closed. Walking a few blocks in any direction brings you to things you need but if you want a more lively neighborhood look elsewhere. Overall, the hotel would without a doubt be my first choice when traveling back to Vancouver.
