Very nice hotel, good services. Everything is clean. The room is big with co.fortable bed. Also very good boice isolation. The bathroom is realy nice also. Only one problem is that AC was switched off all the time because of savings. Somebody like to have a different temperature in the room. The temperature inside was around 25 degree celsius. Also wifi connection to the internet is slow. But this is almoast everywhere in China.

Me and my family come from USA . We booked two rooms for four night when we check in and went to sleep in the room A/C not working next morning I camplaint about A/C we went out when we come back to hotel they put one fan each room when we sleep we still feel hot in the rooms next morning we complaint again we went out when we come back into the rooms very hot we call to service desk they send one tecnation to fix but he can't fix. then they moved my room to next building about midnight. Also safe wasn't working four lights not working they fix when I called. But so funny when I asked them to some consationn to the rooms they offer me some free fruits to the rooms. I not recumind the hotel for so poor service. I request talk to Mr.Alex the general manager but they told me he is not in hotel .

The hotel looks amazing, the room is excellent but my god the staff is horrible. Never met such rude persons in a 5* hotel. Unbelievable. Never again.
