Loved the service and the prices were was surprisingly reasonable. When we arrived, the hotel stuff helped with luggages and provided warm towels and glasses of orange juice. What a lovely courtesy. The room was spacious and good view. The interior wooden design is beautiful and really represents Cambodian/Khmer authenticity. Definitely recommend.

Room, staff, location were just perfect. We stayed here 4 nights with our toddler. Room are spacious and comfortable, staff are extremely kind, the hotel is located close to the center but in a quite corner. Breakfast could be improved, especially the sweet buffet which in my opinion was very poor

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. Upon entering the hotel for check-in, two people opened the door for me, and everyone at the counter warmly welcomed me. The aroma in the hotel lobby was very relaxing, and we were offered a welcome drink and a cold towel. The staff are very friendly and can answer any queries you might have. The hotel have a sky bar where you can enjoy a relaxing rooftop view, especially during sunset.

My favourite hotel in Siem Reap! It's a short walk from Pub Street and the Night Market and old Market, but in a quiet area. Rooms are large and comfortable, and the service level is hight. The hotels has two nice pools, and the rooftop bar is perfect for having a drink during Happy Hour watching the Sun going down over Siem Reap. Breakfast has an egg station where they make the eggs how you like it, and a good variety of other food. I have stayed at the hotel many times, and will definitely stay again.

Royal Crown is a slightly older hotel, but the interior is remarkably well kept, maintained & cleaned. The staff are VERY friendly (possibly too polite if that’s possible 😀), & extremely helpful. We arrived early from an overnight bus & they were so accommodating they allowed us an 8am check-in. Everything you need is just a stroll away, even Pub Street is only 500m. This is not a 5 Star hotel, so don’t expect it to be, but it is the perfect hotel for the mid-tier traveller. Relatively cheap, great location, 2 comfortable pools, for if one’s overrun by noisy kids, you can escape to the other, a very pretty roof-top bar, & provides a wholesome breakfast with a variety of food to get your day underway. I will book here again if I ever come back.
