The hotel is marked on the map incorrectly. It’s standing by the road and in a completely different place on the map! I lived and paid for the room, but I was told to move to a room that was 2 times smaller and had smaller beds. the service is disgusting. 🚬🚬🚬All rooms stink of cigarettes. everyone smokes everywhere, although there are no smoking signs Nobody says hello. Very unfriendly staff!!! The entrance to the parking lot is very slippery. There is not enough space for bikes. Near the hotel, at the entrance, some suspicious men sit and drink tea all day. it's not even staff

There is smoking in the rooms, the whole floor stinks of smoke. The staff does nothing to solve the problem with cigarettes!!! Smoking is not allowed in the rooms!!! they do not care . The staff does not fine smokers. I lived next to a smoking man in the next room, some kind of stinking Vietnamese. None of the characters forbade him to smoke!!!! Terrible service I do not recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful experience. The service was top notch, the staffs were helpful and welcoming, always with smile. Breakfast was great,overall a wonderful stay.

Hotel is at very good location, just a few minutes from the beach but facing the busy street so is noisy. Only the back side rooms are good for quiet sleep. Disadvantage is that window could not be wide open so flow of the fresh air is poor and closness to the see brings high humidity which makes bad moldy smell in the room and furniture. Cleaness could be a lot better, there were a lot of dust on the furniture and curtains. Reception staff was helpful and polite
