Great Location. Rooms are Big but 3 star. Hotel lobby is excellent. Lot of seating g for business users. Good place for tourists and business users. Overall great experience. Taxis at ti.es may not drop you to the front of the hotel as there could be road blocks at times.

We were here for a night with family and enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and so accommodating for our request. We also got an upgrade to our room. Breakfast had limited but good options. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on the 15-17 September after a 3 month European holiday and stayed at around 26 hotels. The service and staff at the royal hotel Saigon are head and shoulders above the rest. Exceptional service from the onset and staff always greeted us with a warm smile, they were very attentive to the finer details. My wife had a birthday while at the hotel and the staff surprised her with a birthday treat and bouquet of flowers. This gesture was outstanding! There was a great choice of food as part of the buffet breakfast. We had a triple room which was spacious. The main bed was huge. At the time of our stay, the hotel was going through renovations, however, that did not disturb us. Location is excellent, with the Ben tanh market about a 5-10 min walk. Highly recommended.
