Slowly falling into disrepair. Shower fell out of the wall. Door handle falling off. Controls for air and heat not working. Otherwise, clean enough for a night.

Stayed for a week in April. Spacious room with tub and shower. Clean. Front desk spoke English and was helpful. Arranged transport to and from airport for $20 US each was (for two people) about a 45 minute drive. Groceries available in the basement of the state store a block away. About a 45 minute walk to the main square via the budist monestary. A couple of decent restaurants and pubs close by. Hotel food was ok and pricing wasn't outrageous. Walls are very thin with a fair amount of noise. Could be an issue when the place is full. Finish in rooms is a little rough around the edges but only really an issue aesthetically. Our stay included breakfast which was good. What really impressed me was that they delivered a packed breakfast snack to our room on days when we were leaving on tours that departed before breakfast opened!
