Stayed here on several occasions and it always provided a comfortable, warm room for the stay. In some rooms the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well. Location is the only let down, but is still within a short 5 min walk to the tram stop. Always encountered friendly staff day or night!

100% highly recommend. Myself and my family stayed there for 4 nights before our wedding in Poland. The Staff and Owner went out of their way to make everything a great experience. Marcin and Ali also went far and beyond helping us with all my guests arriving into Poland for our wedding. We can’t wait to return to Poland. For sure we will be staying with Marcin anytime we travel back to Gdańsk

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The owner has very poor communication with staff. 3 times on the night we arrived the owner (who was drunk) was advised that my family was arriving after 2300, yet he did not pass that information onto the late shift staff. So when my Family arrived, the staff did not know about it and had to call the owner. We ordered Gluten Free baked goods for breakfast, it was thrown out after 1st day, so we had none for the 2nd morning The shower was partly blocked, the owner advised he would look to fix it, he did not. While he did offer to switch room, for 2 nights hardly worth the inconvenience. We paid for 3 rooms including a single. We were charged full rate to my card, not what was on the booking via booking.com. After several attempts without resolving, have resorted to refund via booking.com. Just not good enough. 😐
