It's an Apart Hotel. There is no room service, except cleaning. Pros: nice apartment, beautiful view, excellent location, very clean (they clean the room everyday, change sheets and towels), kind staff. Cons: there is nothing to purchase in the "hotel", not even water. The breakfast is actually a snack that they provide one day before (instant coffee, bread, ham, cheese, butter, juice, cookies, fruit, milk and yogurt, exactly one per person). The wifi is TERRIBLE, doesn't work most of the time, the bathroom is a bit dangerous, as the shower is inside a "bath" that is not a bath, but I think this is common in Santiago. They don't provide kitchen cleaning stuff (brush, soap...), and provide only one utensil per person (one plate, one spoon, one knife...), so you will need reuse without cleaning them. The price is too high for what they offer.

Not worth it! Small overheated room. Pool closed. Nosy staff. Bad wifi. Breakfast in a box from the day before. Not a hotel and no on-site manager. My advice: choose a real hotel with real service instead.

Nice room, nice stuff, nice place in the middle of Santiago. The only negative was, my room was on the same hight as the rooftops of the buildings across, and there are a lot of air conditioners on the roof sounding like jet engines all night long.

Highly recommend this hotel! Stayed here for 7 nights and the rooms are modern and I had a separate seating area and fully equipped kitchen. Good free WiFi and the hotel is located inside an enclosed courtyard with good security. The parking is underground and has 24/7 surveillance from security guards. The staff of the hotel was knowledgeable and speak good English. The breakfast buffet is wholesome with a good selection of cold cuts, cheese, marmelade, different cereals and yogurts and scrambled eggs. Very centrally located next to the Presidential palace.
