The Hotel is located very well and in walking distance to the main touristic sites arround. The rooms are simple but modern and clean, the ones facing the street are a bit more noisy. The breakfast served is good and the staff is exceptional and supportive (e.g. late check out). The pool area at the rooftop is rather small, but offers a nice view on the Andes mountains. All in all this is a good option to stay in Santiago in a safe and central area.

Great location, hip vibe, and very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and come with a small balcony, safe, coffee machine, and every bathroom toiletry you will need! Buffet breakfast had really good variety with lots of healthy choices and great coffee. We had an incident with our rental car and Diego was extremely helpful fixing the situation. Tip: the hotel parking is across the street in a parkade. I don't recommend parking a rental car in this lot as the attendants punctured a tired and tried to extort money. Where possible either drop off your rental car when you arrive in Santiago or pick one up the day you leave.

Great location between Bellavista and Lastarria. Pool area is average with no sun lounges or ability to get drinks etc. Room was adequate however air con not working. This meant I kept the balcony door open, but incredibly noisy overnight.

We had booked nights here around a ski trip, but upon arrival the road was closed to the resort so we needed to move around the nights of stay. They were so helpful and kind in our situation, just funny book though booking, make sure to book directly through the hotel as they are kind and flexible and those websites are not. Beyond that, the location is amazing, the room was clean and well accommodated and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend staying here.
