Great rooms and breakfast. Do note of the common bathrooms and there is no lift in this hotel.

I recommend a lot this charming and unique hotel. The staff is so kind and welcoming (special thought to Lovisa!). Everything is well managed, great services. Perfect cleaning everywhere, large bedroom and perfect bed; well slept all along. Its location (transport, groceries, visits on foot) is very appropriate. Finally, the price is very reasonable for such an expensive city and the value for money is the uppermost. Beautiful one-week stay at Rye115 in Copenhagen!

The way the owners and staff treated my family when our stay was ended abruptly because of a booking error on their part was way beyond unprofessional. They wrote to my relatives saying my behavior was 'unacceptable' (I am a senior not some young kid) . I wasn't even there but at the airport when the problem surfaced. My children's behavior was also unacceptable according to the owner. Suzette the owner was rude and insisted they vacate immediately, a booking we CONFIRMED WITH THEIR STAFF AT CHECK IN was to cover an additional three days. I would recommend another accommodation. These people have zero people skills and the shared bathroom with squeaky hallway floors was not appreciated.

Great if you want a hostel with a shared toilet Really disappointed in this place. It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel. Shared toilet/shower room and a lack of care on basics like squeaky doors. Like a building site out the front. Good luck parking. If you can it’s a way off and expensive. Three different physical keys to learn just to get into the place in the evening. Power sockets that are wobbly and ultimately didn’t charge our devices. We slept so poorly we decided just to leave and not bother with any more weirdness at breakfast. Of course there are no refunds if you order the breakfast and don’t eat it, no matter the reasons. Spend more and go elsewhere. It’s worth avoiding this place.
