Bad experience about their servicese. Actually the room its quite big than other hotel near in Q1. But the doors is fragile and has a hole more in 7th floor. Im extend for 2nd day in these then paid using agoda for request high floor. But they put me in ground than not acceoted my request. In evening im check out 6 pm but the staff still ask me for paying. I told him that paid already.and he say apologize for their payment system its not update

Rooms are clean and quiet. Hot water is hot and not just only warm. Venny nice places nearby, include ing the best vegan restaurant in city. Friendly and helpful staff.
