I’ve stayed at apartments around Ho Chi Minh in the past, I’ve had very few issues, usually it revolves around the cleanliness and hygiene. My expectations are also very low when I book these places, however this place stretches the limit. The listing makes this place look like a great apartment, almost mimicking a hotel, however when you arrive you will be picked up by a staff member in the lobby, then taken up to your room. There is no manager to help you if there are any issues, which in our case, the apartment was dirty and was infested with ants. After a long back and forth with the manager on the phone, they finally agreed to pay us back with cash.

Went for a 3 days 2 nights vacation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and booked through airbnb @ TNR The Gold View apartment. It's spacious, luxurious looking and super comfortable to stay in. Super satisfied with the stay and the location is kinda central I guess. We are about $12 away from everywhere we needa go.

The manager(Owner) charged $70,000.00 Đòng for a stain towel and accused my kids for scratching the leather sofa in the living room. We cleaned the disk and the kitchen sink, and took out the trash the previous day and left some when checkout. He said we made a mess. Unit A2.11-09
