Excellent apartments. The pool is small, but fine. The gym is adequate. We stayed a little over a week in a 2 bedroom apartment. Nice balcony and wonderful view from apartment 10B (morning sun). The location is a bit away from the main tourist spots. The staff do their level best to accommodate guests. Breakfast really needs improvement. There are several eateries, coffee shops and such on the street. The supermarket is around 1 km away. (Recommend the one named "Xanh") All together a decent place to stay

Terrible business attitude! I booked this hotel via agoda with cash back reward after staying. After my stay, the hotel put in agoda system that they cancelled my booking because they couldn’t charge my credit card just for not paying cash back reward!

Excellently appointed large apartments. Really comfy beds and good views. Very tasty buffet breakfast. Big pool. And a great pool table downstairs. Very handy shuttle bus service and great speed boat service into town. The only thing going against the place is location. But if you're looking to stay out of the crowded city the place would be great. Also excellent banh mi and coffee street vendors close by.

The location is quite convenient from quan 1 or 2 only 15-20 minutes ride. It has a quiet neighborhood and only small local stores are near in a rural area, so is a good place to be secluded for a family time. Staffs are very honest and friendly. I stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment, very big and spacious to my surprise. The room deco is rather ancient concept along with worn out furnitures but we loved the natural and comfortable atmosphere compared to a concrete buildings. I think swimming pool definitely needs a better maintenance. There are one big pool and one baby pool. They have a gym, pool game and a small snack shop at the lobby. Couldn’t use their restaurant as it was temporarily closed. You can also be close to riverside at the backyard and enjoy the view. Overall it’s clean and has friendly staffs. Very comfortable to stay with family.

Fake swimming photos and ratings. You will know what I mean when you get to the hotel. The pool was small and under construction. It was old hotel located in the middle of nowhere. Do not trust fake reviews which are full of praises. Is this 4.5 star hotel?? No way. If this residence is 4 star, other real nice hotel should be more than 10 stars. Nothing was available around here. If you only want to stay in quite place, this is just fine. I would pay for less than $50 at most. You need to take taxi wherever you go. Hotel needs lots of improvements. Guests need to deposit $100 at check-in process for having some sodas and chocolates in the room. Everything is old and it looks like 1960s or 1970s building. No supermarket or grocery or restaurant nearby. Don't be fooled by swimming pool photos and fake reviews. I deeply regret to reserve this residence. Swimming pool is much smaller than photo and under construction. Waste of money and time to stay. Some speaks English here. Quite place to sleep. In Ho Chi Minh, hotel is very cheap between $22 and $50. Taxi fee is 220,000 from airport & 100,000 to downtown
