Too new, the rooms are poison due to paint, glus and silicone smells, there is still building dust and residue in the rooms . Do not stay here, I stayed 5 minutes in the room and had to leave and book another hotel, they also refused to refund me the money, health department are looking into them.

Spring House is simply a great place to stay in Binh Thanh area. + Fresh and comfortable rooms, having all necessary equipment + Timely and good cleaning + smiling and helpful staff that speaks English, including the owner. Very responsible and reliable + overall convenient area for walking and transportation + reasonable prices (as on Aug 2021)

Really amazing place..especially for long term renting. The staff is extremely kind and generous. They have gone above and beyond to help me everytime the best they can. Really recommend it!
