Room is clean and tidy, and the room rate is reasonable especially I am staying here near the Christmas holiday season. Location is excellent but could somewhat noisy if there is event at the main street outside the hotel. I had to asked them to get me another room because there was event at night during the weekend when I checked in. Better ask the staff where your room is facing when checking in. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

If you are considering booking this hotel, think twice since it thinks very little of its guests, and you will not get 4 star service here. Rooms * (Outdated equipment and interior. Old style bathtub fauce. Noisy aircon) Service * (Bad attitute. Argues with customers. Passes guest lists to other guests for taking notes) Location ** (Central but very noisy at night) We booked the club room for three nights and was greeted by the front desk arguing it's a reservation for premium room instead, and asked us to check with the booking agency even after seeing the booking confirmation. Then they agreed to "upgrade" us to a club room, but without lounge access or breakfast. However, the club room is the same size as the premium room, and the websites both the hotel and the booking agency indicate that the club room comes with breakfast and lounge access (there's no way to deselect these). Later, when I called the booking agency using the phone of the front desk, and needed something to take notes, the receptionist gave me a piece of paper which later I found that contain the NAMES, BIRTHDAYS, PASSPORT NUMBERS of about 30 guest on the other side. This reflects that total disregard of personal data security at this hotel. When the booking agency replied via email, they mentioned that the hotel saying "some of the premium double rooms arranged by the hotel have views, and some do not. The hotel can change the rooms for you to rooms with views." This was very dishonest as we already had a room of a view (facing the busy street and also a noisy club). Also, I wonder if the hotel really have rooms without views and if so how many. Overall it was a very bad experience. We had to "discuss" with the front desk multiple times and call and email the the booking agency, and the hotel never apologized but only lied in these interactions. In addition, the hotel also violated the personal data security of other guests.

Dont plan on sleeping before 11pm. So very noisy bars, singing, music, lights. Too busy, party zone. Cannot sleep. Foyer looks better than rooms.
