Came here for annual maintenance and battery replacement. Very happy with the service I received, good price, they noticed my burnt out headlight bulb and replaced it without even mentioning or adding it to the quoted price. Will return next time I need car service

Very unfriendly staff on reception and receptionist was...DRUNK with red eyes, shaking hands and very strong and specific smell. Would you give such guys your car for service?) I guess not. Whole story was like this: I've booked service through their site, got an email that manager will contact me to confirm and bla bla. Then I got an email at 6pm(!) saying just this: "Agendado 24/02" and it was 24-th already. I wrote an email asking for more details. Nothing. Then I came myself to their office. Well...drunk receptionist and couple of other guys behaving like I shouldn't come here didn't help much.
