You don't need a visa to access their and room and lounge facility. I had used there lounge facility and it was excellent. It was quite and ample seating to relax and have some good food and drinks.

Best option for a long layover. Rooms are clean and have everything you will need. Service is great, we left our headphones in the room and went back 3 hours later and they promptly found and gave it to us. Recommend choosing them if you have a long layover in KL.

Inside terminal 2 KLIA Shower rooms not crowded. No need to wait. Towels, soap and shampoo provided. Food lots of choices from mains to desert.

The experience greatly depends on the price you pay, this varies widely. My limit is around $100AUD which is the current price on third party sites. What is a shame is the greatly inflated rates offered at the hotel, so definitely book through a third party. The rooms are comfortable but a bit noisy. People are coming and going all the time and the cleaners work 24/7. I would have expected a bit more sound proofing for the rooms but earplugs are a good idea. By comparison the sleep pods are dreadful so this is the way to go. Especially when 2 pods are almost the same cost as a room here.

This property is located inside Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Terminal 2, in the international departure/transit/airside area. This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. Please note that guests cannot access or retrieve their checked luggage while staying in the hotel.
