After check-out in the morning, the frount desk told us they can only store our luggage until 12:00 afternoon which is the same as the allowed check-out time. I never experience hotel that can't help to store our luggage for couple hours before our flight. We have to store our luggage via luggage storage shop in the airport by our own money. For the location, it is airport hotel and takes at least 1 hour to get to the downtown. For the breakfast, it was offered with grab & go voucher with very limited choices. For the facility, I encountered the sound of water flow thoughout my 4-nights stay which did significantly impact my quality of sleep. I highly DO NOT reccomend this hotel to everybody who needs long stay here.

Worse hotel and service. Booked my room for few hours stay during my transit. Later on found out this hotel was located in different terminal which requires pass the immigration and re do the immigration. After informing the hotel they have decided to keep my money without refund. I explained the situation and customer service still refused to refund. It was easy money making practice for them not to refund customer money without providing service.

Very nice hotel and great location despite having to transfer from KLIA1 to KLIA2 but the whole process was easier enough. Rooms very good and clean. The only issue is the paper thin walls. Don't book this accommodation if you want any full sleep. Construction + small children make it impossible to get any sleep here. Despite the criticism, I would still book this again if you have a long layover.

Only ok if you have few hours to sleep… Perfect location for a few hours stop over - Very unfriendly staff - construction works „directly“ in our room - first reaction of staff, they did not wanted to change our room. Very bad to discuss the unacceptable noise. In the end we got a different and quiet room but the discussion was more than anoying. This is not acceptable for this price!
