The best food and service I've ever encountered. Had my anniversary dinner with the wifey, and the staff went overboard with hospitality. The food selection is enormous (we had the buffet), so much so that you'll more likely won't be able to try everything out. And the staff deserves accolades for their absolutely stellar service. So if you want good food and warm friendly service, you should definitely check Continents out. Special shout out to Ms. Jeganeswary and team for making it a special night for us.

My mum and I both agreed that this was the best buffet dinner we have ever had! Massive selection of high quality food, including rack of lamb and free flow oysters, mussels, prawns, sashimi, etc. and the service was excellent! We couldn’t manage to try everything but everything we tried were delicious! A special shout-out to the friendly Sheeken who patiently showed us the various stations available when we asked to view before deciding on the buffet and a very lovely person to chat to. Definitely worth the price!

While the quality of the food (excellent portions) is ok and the decor and ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant, the level of service that we expected from a five-star hotel dining establishment left much to be desired. From the moment we walked in and sat down, we encountered one blunder after another, which left our party of five feeling disappointed. I ordered a plate of fish and chips, which I saw the chef had left on the counter for the waiter to send to my table. To my dismay, it sat there unattended for almost five minutes. By the time I notified one of the waiters and he brought it to my table, it was already slightly lukewarm because the whole place is air-conditioned. (The air-conditioner vent was also dripping on me at some point in the evening.) This was unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager, who was very nice and apologetic, and appeased us with complimentary fruit, coffee and biscuits. That made up for some of the disappointment we felt earlier. I honestly think the restaurant is very pleasant and definitely has a lot of potential. However, the staff really need to raise their quality of service.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and cosy too. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We had ala-carte lunch here, the foods were very good, and the dessert we had was the best. Steak was cooked to my liking. There are indoor and outdoor options for the seating. They have a wide range of cuisine options here. It was so hard to choose because we wanted to try everything. Definitely will come back for more. Price is reasonable, considering the huge portion, the taste of the food we ordered, and the excellent service. Highly recommended.
