Staff is nice and polite. Value for money. Rooms are nice and big. Close to MRT (Samyan station). Room facing road can get some traffic noise. Thankfully we were carrying earplugs so not much of an issue. Owners can think about providing earplugs. Overall would recommend. Pleasant stay.

Paper thin walls. If your room faces the street then it’s insanely noisy. The AC is also very noisy and leaking. The bathroom drain stinks. The cleaning is okay. In the first room the blinds didn’t work so we moved to another. In the second room, the safe box didn’t work. No security outside so everyone can come in. The staff is nice and polite but there is a big language barrier so it was a struggle. No sockets next to the bed. Didn’t try breakfast as it didn’t look good at all. I would not come back.

Overall Ok for its value. The front desk looked busy all the time so it didn't feel like customer service was their main task but they were helpful when you ask something. Hotel even has a huge weighing scale you can use to avoid baggage problems at the airport.

The hotel itself is nice in general. It’s located in the golden area, close to MRT and malls. However the interior is pretty old, towels are easy to be torn apart because they are old. Staffs are very nice. I will come back as this is the great value, but might bring some extra stuffs for comfortability as they don’t offer here: Bathroom goods and slippers for example.

Alot fancier than we previously thought when we were booking a room here. Definitely satisfied with the stay! This hotel is located right in Sam Yan just a few minutes from Sam Yan Mitr mall. Our hotel room has the following facilities: - 1 double bed - 1 shower (no rain shower) - 1 private bathroom - 1 large custom sofa - 1 large television - 1 four door wardrobe - 1 kettle + coffee packages - 2 towels and a floor mat - 1 mini fridge - Access to elevator parking lot Maintenance was kept well. The place still looks new!
