Very disappointed for us! It says breakfast included it’s a joke! Do not stay here. There is better places for the price.

The host was nice however we were very disappointed with our experience and felt cheated out of a nice stay in Rome. We were given a cramped room with a camp bed and a double. Under the beds and behind the bedside locker was filthy. The heater and kettle didn't work, the kitchen was dirty and stank as soon as you came in. The "breakfast" was a joke..cheap teas and coffee and cake. The yoghurts were all out of date..the pictures on the website of the food are totally inaccurate..there was no water to drink and no juice, the owner told us to drink the water from the tap!!..@almost 100/night it was very expensive. It's also in the basement so there's no air and the walls are paper thin meaning you can hear EVERYTHING 😱😱Can I add, the internet is TERRIBLE!

This establishment surely has some problems. I’m going to list them out. The first and most important is the atrociously bad internet. When it is up and working, only small portions of the already minuscule rooms can connect to the internet. The other part of my stay the internet was completely down and not working. For a traveler who has no reception or service in Italy this was brutal. I woke up in the morning after having no internet the entire previous day in the room, and was unable to order my under to the airport because the internet was STILL down. I should’ve known when I heard multiple other people complaining about the wifi when I first arrived. I had to flag down someone off the street to set up a personal hot spot for me so I could order my Uber and not miss my flight. If you are a traveler without service in Italy DO NOT GO HERE. The internet is brutally bad. To continue on, this establishment should have ‘breakfast’ in quotation marks. They have a few dirt cheap pastries and moldy yogurt. Yes the yogurt has black mold inside of it and I’m sure is still sitting in the fridge right now, my friend almost ate some of it before I let him know that that was mold and not part of the yogurt. If you want a healthy or nutritious or substantial breakfast, this establishment will not suit your needs. Cheap pastries and sweets are the limits of the breakfast here. And I’m my room which was room 4, the toilet seat is completely broken, and I’m not joking when I say this, the toilet is not properly bolted into the floor so it comes off of the floor. A heavier person could easily topple over the toilet completely if they leaned the wrong way just a little. If you are looking for any type of decent standard, do not come here. If you like cheap and barely manageable than maybe you would enjoy this place. Anything over 2 days in this establishment I would consider to be terrible. I should give this place a one star honestly, but I’m feeling nice.

I loved this place. We were four and were very comfortable. It is a beautiful apartment with 2 bathrooms, which worked out great as my wife and I took one, and the other guests took the other. It was SUPER close to the Vatican and close enough to the Hop on Hop off station. We spent 4 days and loved it. I would definitely come back. Paolo very always contacting me to see if everything was alright. It was.
