The room was pretty big, clean and in perfect condition. Excellent quality/price for a hotel close to the beach, many good restaurants and other interesting spots. The daily housekeeping was very efficient but almost unnecessary, I would suggest letting the guests have the option to skip it with a classic "do not disturb" sign.

I recently stayed at San San Danang Hotel for one night on 28/7/2023. The price was quite affordable compared to booking on short notice. The room was clean, but the amenities in the bathroom were not up to par. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't cool properly, and there was a persistent musty smell in the room due to an issue with the bathroom drain pipe. The language barrier with the staff was a bit challenging, but fortunately, there was one officer who was a Lao national and could communicate with me. Despite expressing my concerns, they weren't able to change my room, which left me feeling disappointed, especially after a long journey. End of my review.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences in my (travel) life. First, we learned that our check in would be delayed. That's fine, I thought. It happens sometimes. But after that it was only getting worse. Later, it turned out that instead of the previously booked five double rooms, we got two double and two triple rooms. They didn't tell us that. We had to read it from the page freshly printed and left for us on the counter because the two out of three people at the reception didn't speak English. The third lady with whom we managed to communicate, despite the fact, that we showed her a photocopy of the reservation, refused to change rooms. She didn't explain why and she wasn't even trying to help us. However, the worst thing that happened to me was the theft. One day i went out, to the beach and I left my money in the backpack in my room. I thought, that's the safer option than carrying around my wallet with cash for a two more weeks in Vietnam. But when I returned, and went to my backpack to check if I've got everything, I couldn't find my money. Once again, the service brusquely refused to help. After wonderful time at small hostel in Hanoi, my stay in San San Hotel was like a very bad dream.

Pros:1- Staff ran to car to get luggages 2-room is modern, clean, comfortable bed with small refrigerator. 3- nice, clean bathroom with enclosed shower area preventing water splashing every where. 4- pretty good breakfast with Vietnamese dishes and western dishes. You get to choose one main dish and there are fruits, bread, yogurt are ayce. 5-lovely garden area with trees shade and umbrellas for eating, relaxing in the front of the hotel. 6-walking distance to the beach is about 5 minutes 7-comfortable bed and hotel located in a smaller, quieter street. We got good restful sleep here. 8-many good cafe, restaurants withiuun walking distance Cons: 1 checkin staff could be more friendlier 2- room is really small. Overall, if you don't mind the small room, this is a comfortable place to stay for a good price
