I hate to critisise but they serve the worst coffee in the world. Th Specialy that Dalat produce some of the best coffee. The bacon not cooked, send your staff to visit other good hoteks. The designer of the bathroom was probably drunk. Luckily the staff is nice and helpful.

Expensive! Too expensive for what it is. Breakfast was average. You’d get a better breakfast if you went somewhere else to eat. Staff were very friendly. No one could explain why someone opened my door while I was watching TV at 9:30pm…. Thankfully I had the security latch on. When I went to investigate who had opened my door a member of staff apologised, but couldn’t or wouldn’t explain what he wanted…… very strange. Glad I was in my room. There are other places to stay in Da Lat that are better value, and, just better.

From Singapore to Dalat for traveling, cause I wanted to stay in the central of Dalat city so I chose Sandals Flora but it was full on the weekend so I chose Sandals Lily instead. Buffet is fresh and clean, the interior is modern but cosy maybe the climate is cold outside :)))) Front office was very Friendly and she supported me everything that i asked for. Especially my room was clean and I thought it was affordable (for me, yah). Will stay here next time when I come back to Dalat city.
