Not recommended at all!!! We have stayed for 3 days!! Hotel problems!! #No WiFi at all #No tv channels #just one elevator was working #they gave us different room from booked #the room lock wasn't working and we couldn't lock us inside!!! # the water cooker was broken and gave us another working with no lock. # the 2 TV 📺 hasn't any remote control. # the rooms was so old and need renovation. # the central AC shut down by itself & must be turned on again every few hours. THE manager Mr. OSAMA HELPED us alot. But most of the things weren't ever fixed The food buffet is good. The gym and training center was good and you must train with no AC and No lightning else will be kicked out

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group. Whilst the check-in process was alright, the rooms were just not okay. The carpets were old n run down. The furniture was old n tired looking. The mattress was okay. The shower faucet was continuously leaking this eoth hardly any water coming out of the shower head. When we called to complain, they came n changed the shower hose, whilst water stoll continued to leak from the main faucet. No bath mats were provided, and we had to request towels. We were at the hotel for 2 nights. The next day, when our group came back after a whole day of touring Petra n went up to our rooms, the key card did not work for the entire group. We had to go down 6 floors to have it reset. The reception Manager saw us entering the elevator but said nothing about key cards having expired n expressed no apology when we all had to come back down. Dinner and breakfast was alright. Would recommend this hotel at all. Stayed from 14 to 16 May 2023.

We stayed 4 days at Sandy Palace Hotel. Extremely professional, and friendly staff. Amazing room service and breakfast is served until 10.30am . Specious car park at the back of the hotel to park our hired car. Regarding the location, cant think of any other better place in Amman.

The experience overall was moderate, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the hotel surprisingly had one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel with similar rate, it’s almost a full gym. Room cleanliness was acceptable and the location was good, it have spacious parking and it’s surrounded by many shops and restaurants. However, we faced lots of issues, i booked through booking and was given a wrong room, they replaced the room with another one but it was full of issues, fridge was not working, telephone was not working, bathroom sink was not draining, i had to call maintenance multiple times.
