They are NOT on second floor but on the 5th floor with no elevator ( They are NOT on second level as they state but on the fifth level. Yes 5th level. You need to correct this discrepancy in you're hotel description, my god sir. About 5 levels, yes about 60;stairs to climb every time you leave the room. ( No elevator or lift) Breakfast down the road to nearby cafe ( down 50 steps and back up) and only a coffee and croissant not good... Bed sinks and stays in sunken position for too long ( cheap memory foam) The Good... Room very clean Close to most of the sites Host very nice and helpful Clean and cosy /. No too expensive but I would certainly not return... ciao

The owners are very nice and helpful! The location is perfect. The room.itswlf was little (they told us in advanced), but the thing that bothered us the most was the pump in the bathroom with made a lot of noise.

It’s a sweet little hotel in the center of Naples. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and chic; the staff is really friendly. Be aware of the fact that there’s no elevator (since it’s a historic building) and the streets in the area are quite steep and bumpy, so I would recommend taking a taxi if you’re traveling with heavy luggage (it only cost us 10.50€ to Central Station).

the location is really good, nevertheless you should take a taxi if you are traveling with heavy luggage. there are quite a lot staircases and the “road” is juddery. also, there is no elevator in the building itself! we find that the staff is friendly and welcoming. the room is clean and in a good shape, with a nice bathroom. the size is fine - might depend of the room type. sometimes you can hear moped noises from outside, but we think it’s pretty quiet considering you are in the heart of napoli. breakfast was offered in a small bar around the corner. maybe due to covid. it’s nice if you enjoy drinking just a caffe and cornetto in the morning. what we didn’t like so much is the fact that water in the shower takes ages to get warm and even then it’s not that warm. furthermore, we had huge issues controlling the AC. in the end, it’s a delightful place to stay.

Cute hotel but the bed is super uncomfortable. It’s 2 beds pushed together which is normal in Italy but this one’s badly placed so we can clearly feel the division in the form of a bulge. The nice man at the front desk was extremely kind but speaks very little English. When he tried to instruct us to find the breakfast next morning, it was impossible to follow his directions. I went downstairs twice and couldn’t find it so I skipped it. I felt bad asking him to take me there but if you can’t find it and want to eat breakfast, you should ask for his help to walk you down there. Amazing location!
