I recently stayed at the Santa Clara Signature Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and had a really good experience. The hotel strikes a wonderful balance between quality and affordability. The selection for breakfast, while not overly extensive, was quite rich in variety and quality, providing a delightful start to the day. One thing to note is that the size of the double bedrooms isn’t particularly large. It’s cozy, but for those who prefer more spacious rooms, this might be a consideration. Despite this, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the rooms were top-notch. The hotel’s location in Kuala Lumpur is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. For the price, the Santa Clara Signature Hotel offers a great deal, especially for travelers looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and value. Definitely a recommended stay for those visiting Kuala Lumpur!

The rooms were spacious, modern, and the staff were sweet and pleasant! The gym and pool area was quite refreshing. I would like to kindly advise on the importance of ensuring that staff have made thorough rounds in terms of room services and cleaning. On more than one occasion we needed to call to reception to request for basic hotel necessities and for cleaning services. I don’t think it is fair that at any point guests should experience lack of quality in any which way or form due to internal matters within the hotel.

I had an incredible experience with the staff at this establishment. I unfortunately lost my phone during my travels, but the support I received from the staff was beyond exceptional. Every person at the concierge went out of their way to assist me, making me feel truly supported. Throughout my stay, they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were small yet comfortable and impeccably clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. I have to say, if I ever find myself back in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling. The location is also superb, adding another layer of convenience to the overall positive experience.

The rooms are nice and spacious. You won't have much of a view but the metro is a 5-minute walk away and the hotel is close to the road so Grab drivers can find you. The only negative was breakfast. There are way too many people crammed into a room so you'll often have to wait for a table. Additionally the selection is very limited and because of that often the plates are empty so you'll have to wait for them to bring new food out.

Everything was great. The room is small, yet clean, cozy and there's all the basic necessities. Buffet breakfast was good too. However we encountered problems with our room cards that just refused to work on the elevator twice, and once at our room, even though we never mix our room cards with Hp. The lady receptionist wasn't helpful or friendly, and it was only after the maintenance guy changed our cards, everything went smoothly. There are only three elevators and sometimes the wait can be quite long. Rm10 for valet parking. Very limited free parking at the back of the hotel.
