The pillows and blanket had a funky smell so I gave a 3/5. The service I gave it a 3/5 because on the first day a woman at the front desk had an attitude and was not helpful at all. Came back a few hours later and a guy called Rubens gave the best service in Chile, he saved the hotel from getting a 1/5.

Very smelly drains, very poor WiFi, nice room, needed a wardrobe and nowhere to hang anything in bathroom, not even a soap dish. Breakfast okay but a bit sparse

Excellent experience especially for the attention of the night shift at reception. A hotel that includes continental breakfast, close to the metro, includes a swimming pool and maintains affordable prices. The rooms have their own air conditioning essential for the summer. I would definitely go again.

The place is quite nice, its location is good during the day, you have many options for lunch and pastries. The room was clean, everything was very nice, air conditioning, TV that doesn't work well because of the Wi-Fi, I shared the internet with my cell phone and I was able to watch Netflix. The bad thing and most importantly, was the mattress on the bed was sagging which was uncomfortable.
