My Place.in Milano. It is a great location and a lovely building with only ten comfort rooms, including five suites. I prefer this place to many of the branded properties in Milan. The staff are helpful and lovely. Extend my stay since I fell in love with the property.

I reserved based off of other good reviews I saw and am so glad we did! First, it was an easy walk from the Milano Cardona train station, which we arrived at from the Malpensa Express from the Malpensa Airport. Second, the employees are so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. Third, the rooms are super cute and on the older side but in a good way. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Last, the location is excellent. You are a short walk or train ride from everything you’d want to see in Milan! Also wanted to note for vegans/vegetarians that the hotel is located super close to several restaurants with stellar vegan food and I didn’t realize that until we got there! Whenever we go back to Milan we will stay again for sure!

Stay at your own risk. We're well-seasoned travelers throughout Europe and this is the biggest joke of a hotel we have stayed at. We encountered several issues, which were so bad that we were forced to check out a day early. I am still fighting to get my money back. 1) The AC did not work, which was miserable given the 90 degree weather. We experienced dry throats and breathing issues throughout the night. The temperature would not go down despite adjusting the thermostat several times. We've subsequently seen reviews on other websites that say management has admitted that the AC is controlled by the front desk. So, the thermostats in the room are not actually functional. Who are they fooling? 2) Our room had electrical issues and the card slot for the power/lights was broken. Management was aware of this but did not give us the "special" key card until about 6 hours into our stay. When we checked out, they admitted that they knew the room had issues with power (and that other rooms in the hotel have the same issue). It seems kind of criminal to purposely withhold this information. The room should not be offered to customers unless it's in livable condition. 3) Overall, the room was in poor condition. Towels were ratty with holes in them. The walls were all scuffed with black marks, and furniture is worn (not in a cute antique way). A paint job and some updates could go a long way. The hotel isn't cheap either, so the experience was really poor value for our money.

The staff at this place is so nice and very accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant connected to hotel was great. Nice staff there as well. My room was a suite and very large. I felt the bed was comfortable. Nepresso was in room with complimentary pods. Small fridge(mini bar) you could store water. Bathroom very well lit and decent size. My room safe was broken, and was not fixed. We did ask. We were there for 3 nights, and offered the front desk safe if needed. I felt safe in the hotel. This hotel is a 4 star. Don’t expect anything more. I’ve stayed in finer hotels than this, but would definitely stay here again. This is my second time. Very centrally located. Walking distance to major attractions. Roof top bar offers Apertivo. Cute small area. Try B cafe on corner. Awesome Apertivo!!
