The hotel is just a few minutes away from the central train station which enables you to go very easily to wherever you want to go. A very warm welcoming at the reception by the staff. The room was very nice and clean. I was amazed by the quality of the shower gel. Really a very good one. Usually you find cheap quality in the hotels. The breakfast had many choices . The staff was willing to help and answer to any of your questions and they offered us a bottle of wine too. I really reccoment it.

This hotel was perfect for a last minute booking. We missed a train due to a marathon happening directly on the transit route from the port (not sure what brain trust planned that one out..) and needed to adjust our plans. This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the station and, although not on the best street, is in a perfect location for commuters. Once inside the gate it feels very safe and our room was very clean and accommodating.

Very clean. Reasonable rates. Breakfast included. Massimo and staff very helpful. Close to train station. No lobby, so inconsiderate people gathering outside of room made it hard to sleep. But had nothing to do with accommodations.

We arrived at this hotel (4 star) due to being upgraded by our original hotel booking (3 star). This was a nice touch considering we missed our train and looking for a place to stay 1 night in Napoli. Location is less then a minutes walk to the train station. Building was very quiet considering all the noise on the street. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and had various amenities. TV was 85 inch felt like a cinema room. Most comfortable cloud bed/pillows (best sleep of our trip). Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options! On check out the staff gifted us a bottle of vino :)
