The restaurant is pretty good. Ordered lots of different dishes and the local Vietnamese dishes were all good. The western ones were terrible though. The pizza was from a box (and missing all the toppings supposedly on it), and the burger bun was totally stale and dry, with a tiny dry paddy inside. Disappointed. There seem to be different chefs on different days - one who cares, and one who doesn’t. However, the local foods were quite good. They’re more expensive than the other nearby places though, but not by too much. Even the standard beers are more expensive. The hotel itself is ok. Rooms are clean, and pretty nice but the doors are paper thin and you can hear everything outside. We could hear the receptions front desk phone ringing all the time....and we’re not even on the same floor. Doors start slamming from 5:30am so you’re going to wake up early, even if you didn’t intend to. Overall I’d give this hotel a 3*....however the views from the top floor terrace are awesome, so I bump it up to 4*. Maybe the best views in Sapa. I don’t know why they don’t advertise this more, it’s their biggest ‘plus’. I would stay here again, just for the amazing views from the rooftop terrace available to people staying there. If they got better sound proofing doors, focused a little more on service standards (better training for staff), fired the bad cook (but keep the good one)... this would be a 5* place in Sapa.

The staff were very professional and very helpful, smiling all the time. The breakfast buffet was excellent with few but delicious and freshly cooked options (great local coffee). The location was great for the train station and only a short walk to the Cat Cat. Having a room was a very quiet and peaceful escape after all the noise of the city.

Very nice place with a great view. I ordered the set vegetarian menu, which was tasty. The soup wasn't to my taste, and when the waitress saw that I hadn't eaten very much of it, she offered to replace it with another soup from the menu. The smoothie and hot lemon juice tea were delicious.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was such a nice oasis in the otherwise pretty nasty Sapa town. The staff were the best, super friendly! They let us check in early as we took the train to Sapa. They held our bags. They helped us look for a scooter hire. They also arranged a Christmas lunch for us and our 4 friends who returned from a trek on Christmas Day. They made it very special with a whole roast duck. The other food that is good is the coconut curries and clay pot curries. Every evening we were there we ended the day with drinks on the spectacular rooftop.

Great restaurant I stayed elsewhere but ate in the restaurant twice. The first evening I had the tifu and mushroom hotpot. It was delicious, generous and far less expensive than others in town. The wonderful waitress regularly returned to my table to help with cooking, serving and keeping the flames alight. I went back for more tofu and vegetables at lunch a couple of days later. All of the staff here are oustanding, especially the young lady, the food is delicious and very well priced.
