A dated four-star hotel in Padova PD, Italy that’s reasonably priced. Several popular restaurants that are within walking distance. Fitness center is small with one treadmill and some free weights. The room and bathroom had the basics, but no slippers and robe. Small hotel bar and the bartender didn’t even know how to make some basic cocktails. Checking in and checking out were pretty easy and flawless. Breakfast is served starting at 7 am. Wi-Fi was very slow.

NH Padua located 1.2km from the train and bus station and about 1.4km to the city centre so easy to walk to. Snacks are always available on arrival and staff were quite friendly. Giovanni helped quite a lot. Downside is that room service closes at 10pm and Nothing to eat if you hungry. On arrival I did not have a kettle in the room and I asked, Giovanni readily arranged the tea and coffee. Ridwaan was so friendly and ever willing to assist with a smile and warm welcome. Big up to Ridwaan. Stayed at NH for the entire week and was dissapointed on the last day with the bacon being black and sort of burnt while floating in about 2 cm deep of oil. When I complained Princess replied that she is not the chef and didn't know how to assist. I asked her to check with the chef who came and collected the bacon, removed the more burnt ones and returned it. The chef seemed quite upset and when I asked why is there so much oil, the response was, that is how it always is and left. Very rude.

Was a decent hotel and staff. Modern with that penitentiary look. Unfortunately, we got a 2nd floor room over the bar/ restaurant I'm guessing, because the drum base came through the floor, most of the night. There is a revolving door at the main entrance with carpeting that is in need of repair. If not careful you can trip. Breakfast was good. Room fine and clean. It was away from city center so you needed a taxi cab everywhere. I'd suggest getting a hotel within walking distance to everything.

Terrible service. We’re on a Europe Vacation from India. While travelling from Innsbruck we reached this terrible hotel on 9pm. I got the key I entered the room but observed the Air conditioner was not working, I called the reception and complained but they’re are not even bother about the solve. The drama continued till 11:30pm after we have to sleep in the same room without air conditioner. From last 12 days I enjoyed a lot in Europe. But this hotel is not worth of money.
