The bathrooms were actually so disgusting, bought three rooms for myself and family. Which all had mould throughout the bathroom. The mould came off with one wipe from myself so this seems to be sheer laziness. Wasn’t given any towels although it was in a good location and staff were helpful.

Did not enjoy my stay as much as i think i would based on previous reviews, regretted the decisions made but paid fully already so can’t checkout early. 1. small slow lift (can only fit 2 ppl) available up to level 8, you have to walk up the rest of the upper floors. The lift is badly maintained (oil from lift ceiling dripped on me on 3 separate occasions and level 4 lift doors does not opened or closed properly 2. Staff sort out dirty laundry right in front of the lift at lobby (i practically have to avoid stepping on dirty laundry when going out of the lift into the lobby) 3. Laundry charge: Hotel surprise charge you for laundry (if you stained your bedsheet or towels) and any other ‘accidents’. No warning during checkin, just a paper note in room that nobody will look at. So it will be a surprise even if its normal stain and you stayed more than a week. Should have charged them for staining my clothes with the oil drip from lift ceiling 4. Late checkout charge: apparently their checkout time is 11am, they claimed they told you during checkin and blame you for checking out at 12pm and wanted to charge you for it but never even bother to remind you. Weirdly enough, Usually housekeeping will yell on top of lungs making noises everyday in the morning to clean rooms but surprisingly on the checkout day, they were so very quiet, like as if expecting you to miss the 11am checkout time.

First time staying in Vietnam and chose Sazi hotel due to price and location. We stayed in the standard double room (no windows) and was pleasantly surprised! The room itself is pretty clean along with the bathroom. However just note that your room doesn't get cleaned during your stay and if you run out of supplies you just need to go down to the lobby to ask for items which they bring to your room. We ended up getting upgraded to the deluxe room on a higher floor which we were unsure of why however it was a really nice room, very spacious and clean. The only thing is, the elevator in the hotel only goes to the 8th floor so if you are put on a higher floor than that, you will need to go up stairs so if you have accessibility needs, please keep this in mind! In terms of location, it is very near the popular tourist destination Ben Tanh Market about 5 mins walking distance and other popular tourists destinations are very walkable.However, we did end up having to take grabs to further away locations. The hotel itself is very unassuming from the outside but overall, we had a good experience at this hotel and would feel good about recommending to others!

I spent countless hours researching hotels in Saigon and booked multiple rooms for our large group in July. About a week before our stay (while we were busy traveling throughout the country) they messaged us through the agoda booking site to let us know that our particular rooms would be locked and unavailable due to the elevators needing replacement. The links they gave in the message to book with their other sister property didn't even work. They didn't reply to my messages either. When I found the info for their sister property, that particular hotel didn't have rooms available for the dates we needed. Also, that other property was located further away from the area we wanted to stay in. The message Sazi Hotel sent through agoda was just a generic message that they sent out to everyone and their apology did not seem sincere. I wouldn't trust this brand of hotels in the future as they can simply cancel your reservation without much notice. It was a waste of time trying to book with them.

I stayed for 2 nights from 29 - 31July 2023 at this hotel. Hotel is in a good condition. Smell nice and clean. Location wise is excellent ! It is located just opposite Haji Osmal Restaurant. Just one minute walk to Ben Tanh Market. Price is affordable. All the staff is friendly and ready to assist the guests. The girl at the reception even let me borrow her charger while waiting for my taxi to come. I will definitely choose this hotel again in future.
