The room was clean and comfortable but quite basic. Perfectly adequate for a working week away on business. The breakfast was excellent and one of the things that will make me book again when I return. The gym is tiny but well equipped. The hotel should consider opening earlier than 0600 though for those of us that need to get on.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights during September. I was one person and was given a double room by the only person I saw smiling during my stay!, which was really nice and comfortable for me. The room was beautiful, spacious (of course), had an office and an armchair, tv, coffee facilities. My room was on 5th floor so it was quite as well. The breakfast was really good , there was a variety of different things to choose and the coffee was very nice. I also visited the bar a couple of times and the atmosphere was very nice! The music also, but a little loud for my taste. The location of the hotel is perfect! It's close to the old town (walking distance) and all the historical and cultural things you want to visit during your stay in Stockholm. There is bus stop a few steps away and also subway just around the corner. There are also a lot of restaurants around and a beautiful square with coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel staff definitely needs more training regarding welcoming and friendly service. They do not smile, they don't seem to care about the guests. They didn't suggest anything regarding the city and transportation, they didn't give me any information about the bar which was offering food as well but they did charged me with coffee the first afternoon I was there, from the machine across the reception desk and generally they don't seem to work in tourism industry. As my job is in this field, I know what they should have presented. Overall, it was a good experience, loved the place and the city. And since I plan to go back soon, I will stay in this hotel again due to the location.

It's disheartening to see such an excellent location wasted on subpar service and outdated amenities. We stayed for 8 nights in a suite and were immediately greeted by a misplaced welcome gift intended for another guest. The staff's solution was to merely remove it, missing an opportunity for a graceful recovery, like allowing us to keep the chocolate as an apology. Cleanliness was a significant issue. Our room had stray hairs and dust upon arrival, and it took the hotel three days to resolve this. Similarly, a loose toilet seat and a nonfunctional soap pump took three days and multiple requests to address, with the soap pump issue never being resolved. The room itself felt antiquated. Even the speaker in the room featured an iPhone connector that was discontinued 11 years ago. On the flip side, the breakfast staff were commendable, especially the gentleman who attentively refilled coffee mugs. However, do note that the breakfast area is oddly cold, so dress accordingly. Another concern is the hotel's cleaning policy. They claim to skip regular room cleaning to be environmentally conscious, but this feels more like a cost-cutting measure rather than genuine concern for sustainability. It's a poor customer experience to have guests ask for basic services like cleaning. In summary, while the location offers great potential, the hotel falls short in nearly every other aspect. Immediate attention to service, cleanliness, and modernization is needed for this place to be worth the visit.
