Arrived and was offered an extremely small room facing the very loud train station. TV did not work. Switched rooms to a bigger abd more quiet one. No cleaning was offered. When I called the reception to order cleaning for the same day I was told thats not possible. When I ordered for the next day they forgot it. When I called again they said cleaning is coming straight away - no one came and cleaned. Room was dirty all stay. Breakfast was good but average. Location very good. Front desk staff very pleasant. There are much better hotels in Gothenburg for this price.

I stayed in this hotel from 5th to 15th Oct 2023, nearly 10 nights at the cost of £1200. Room quality was pathetic, never gets cleaned unless asked for and not even the towels get changed. Bed was Breakfast is same every day, 365 days I assume. But atleast nothing changed during my stay, never know are they freshly cooked or a day/2 old. Mattresses was sagging, I shouldn't call it as mattress it was hardly had any thickness. This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 star. I raised this concerns to the receptionist but they never payed any attention.
