The location is great, near to the beach and full of restaurants, mini markets and laundries near by. The bed was confortable and the room had a fridge and a Kettle. Excellent value for the money.

I would not recommend this place. There is a lot of loud noises because of reconstruction like right beside the hotel. The walls are really thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms - I literally heard someone getting hit. The rooms are fine, but you can't really relax because you feel everything is dirty. There are stains on the mattress, pillows and blankets. The windows are dirty and the rooms have this weird smell. The breakfast buffet is ok. Not a lot to pick, and the food is really poorly made. However the hotel is really close to the beach, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk there.

Stayed in a suite with two bedroom. The room is clean and spacious enough to fit the beds. The breakfast was offered though nothing for vegetarian you can expect fried eggs and pho. The staff is very friendly and have tour options at the reception.
