I would never stay here again. The front desk was rude and never informed you of anything. There was construction going on that they never said anything about. We paid extra for an ocean view even though there were ropes hanging down and loud grinding with stuff falling onto our balcony. The balcony and windows were filthy from construction. The guys come right past your windows with no privacy so make sure your curtains are closed. Not relaxing what so ever. They try to price gouge you on everything. Parking was $40 a night. You have to pay extra for your room clean and they don’t even come get trash or give you new towels. Even though we stayed there over a week. People started piling trash in the hallways. $18 for a drink at the bar. The outside restaurant never even opened while we were there. Wifi never worked for us.

This place is great for a longer stay. The room was very clean and is a good size. Cannot beat the location right on Collins and the view was outstanding. There is a outdoor pool and beach access which is put of this world. People at the front desk didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful so could use work on that but all in all the place was a nice place to stay at for 5 days and I would go back again.

If you like to use one towel for your whole stay then stay here. If you like dirty rooms and want to pay more for room cleaning this is the place for you. If you like rude management then stay here. Don’t worry the blankets come with blood stains don’t forget 4 pm check in and 10 am checkout. Cleaning banging on our door at 10:04 am

I stayed here for my wedding along with 20+ guests. Everyone had nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. The restaurant had good food, the room was clean and spacious, and the views are incredible. My favorite view was the Bay view. With all my guests, I was lucky enough to see every view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They may not have the resources to offer a 5 star service experience, but they do try to make things as comfortable as they can. There was one waitress in a busy restaurant and she was working very hard for everyone in there with a smile on her face! The only inconvenience was that the elevator took awhile to go up and down.. no biggie!

The only good thing about this place was the location and proximity to the beach. The service was awful and everyone that worked there was extremely rude. You are only allowed to have one beach towel a day and if you try to bring the towel back to your room, security will stop you and make you put it back. They charge you for every little thing. Even though the room was for 4 people, you can only have 2 beach chairs and you have to pay for any extra chairs. Parking is 40$ a night, while places down the road only charge 10$ a night. The restaurants in the facility have very limited hours. Laundry costs over $4 for just one load. The fitness room’s hours are not as advertised and they only have a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening available. It’s also small and most of the equipment does not work. Don’t bother trying to check in early, they will tell you that your room is not ready until exactly 4:00. Security was seen arguing with each other and with guests on multiple occasions. The WiFi is very spotty and you can’t use it on more than 4 devices. The floor in the bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower because the shower curtain is not long enough. We were also told that check out was at 11am but got a knock on the door at 10am saying we needed to check out. The staff does not have any communication with eachother so they are not on the same page about anything.
