If you like blood, cockroaches and very dirty floors in the rooms, this hotel is for you! Absolutely dirty hotel, we changed rooms 3 times, two had cockroaches and blood, the 3 were very dirty in general. We met the manager who made us believe that a partial refund was possible (probably that other people were in the reception) In the end no partial refund possible, simply a reduction for a next visit (I will never come back here). Do not waste your time and find a more compliant hotel, there is a choice in Miami. I try always partial refund, A minimum in view of the bad service.... A disaster.
