Another great trip up to Port, and this time stayed 6 nights at the Drfitwood Mantaray. A big thank you to Joel at Seascape who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable on the back of the recent cyclone that hit the region. We were given a second 2BR apartment at no additional charge as a couple of the aircon units were not working in the bedrooms of our loft apartment. Both apartments were clean, well laid out and fully self-contained. Good Wifi. Pool area was also well looked after. Perfect location and good value for money. Can highly recommend for a family holiday.

Just returned a few days ago. I have been coming to Port Douglas for 7 years in a row. The hotel Portsea itself is wonderful. Great location in Port Douglas. Close to a lot of shopping and places to eat and drink. This hotel is great if you want to spend all your time in the pool or on the beach. This was my second time in the same apartment that I booked through Seascape Port Douglas. I plan to come again next year to the same apartment. Seascape staff are really polite,helpful and professional,especially Ian.

We stayed 8 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment that strongly smelt of mould upon arrival. We had a private pool that isn't actually private, above apartments balcony is directly above over looking the pool. Pool was very mouldy, black mould stains everywhere. Furniture was very dirty. Don't bother getting take away from the restaurant only received half of one if the meals but paid full price. My daughters friend pulled the blinds up in the bathroom only to have a piece fall off onto her head. We had private parking that is clearly marked for our apartment but on our last day the guest staying above us decided to park in our spot so we had to park in front our designated garage only blocking them in not stopping any other traffic from passing by. After 3 or 4 hrs I noticed someone letting themselves into our apartment. Some lady from the resort took upon herself to just walk into our apartment to ask us to move the with attitude. Not once did anyone try to ring us. We were outside in the courtyard with our phone in hand so definitely didn't miss a call, they never even tried. Very unprofessional. Unless there is an emergency this should NEVER happen. For 2,500 there are much nicer places to stay. Very unimpressed
